This Refund Policy describes the conditions applicable to purchases made on MUSILOCK, operated by Mendy Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, USA.
MUSILOCK is a digital product — a SaaS platform that provides immediate access to music contract generation, signing, and management tools. Upon completing a purchase, you receive instant access to your plan's features.
Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.
This policy is supported by two reasons:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. After cancellation:

If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank or payment processor, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We recommend contacting us first at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
By completing your purchase on MUSILOCK, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.
